Although we exploit the sameness of traditional real estate services put out by the larger companies to succeed, we do adhere to the "give more to receive back" philosophy and Golden Rule in personal and professional relationships.  These are human life tenets that serve to guide our work and provide the backbone from which creative solutions are inspired.

The Invinci business model starts with trust.  We devote a significant amount of research time to ensure that a prospective client is a good fit for our services.  Our services are personalized around your experience and goals.  We ask our clients to sign a sales plan.  This is a unique feature of our operations, not to be found at our competitors.

We base our sales procedures on behavioral science and industry-based research to optimize residential marketing and negotiating strategies.  Every transaction requires innovation to overcome weaknesses and to promote strengths.  We respect our clients and their financial positions. We are fiduciary agents from start to finish and we do not permit one licensee to represent two principals in the same transaction.

Our motto is “Famous for Fresh Ideas” and we strive to disrupt the status quo to give our clients a competitive advantage in the St. Louis market.  We don’t insult you with junk fees and hidden charges.  Ask to see our rate sheet.
